Desert planet illustration based on the prompt of a hot, dry, deathly, and mysterious atmosphere. Inspired by images of the American Southwest, and particularly Sedona, Arizona, where many of the rock formations look like other things. Approached with the concept of creating a space travel poster for a fictional destination.
